Comparison of 2008 and 2010 versions of Battle Rollar









There differences in paint applications.
The blue plastic of the 2008 version is a lighter and brighter shade.
The translucent plastics (blue and red) are slightly darker on the 2008 version.
Owners of the 2008 version will probably know that the figure is a bit flimsy. The same problem still persists in this new iteration....

I actually bought these sets for the guns!
I feel these are the main attraction.








In comparison to the TFC-005 Gears of War 2 set,
the core light up part is the same.
But the guns that come with Battle rollar has additional parts to make the Ion Blaster longer and it has an add-on handle so that Masterpiece Optimus Prime/Convoy can hold it. The previous TFC-005 set was meant for use with Alternity and Henkei Optimus Prime.
Moreover, shadow Rollar comes with a black and red version of Optimus Prime's gun, which was never released before.
When used with MP-1B convoy Black Version (as above), the results are spectacular!
