I preordered a loose Henkei Crystal Clear Convoy you advertised on your site in August 08.
I'm from Penang and you promised to send it to me.
I paid you the entire amount in advance and never received the item, even until now.
I tried contacting you guys via email, but never received a reply.

The following is the correspondence I had with you:

"Hi. I'm John from Penang.
I browsed through your blog and found that you have HENKEI EXCLUSIVE CLEAR OPTIMUS PRIME for preorder. I was wondering if you do any shipping for your items.
As I live in Penang, can I order from you too?

That was my first experience ordering from you, but I was very dissapointed, since you come so highly recommended by a lot of people here on this forum.
